Terms of Service

By creating an account or using our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

RenderedArt provides an AI-powered portrait transformation service that allows users to upload photos and receive AI-generated artistic portraits in various styles. We offer digital downloads and canvas print options. The service is provided 'as is' and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Our service operates on a credit system:

• Credits are purchased in packs and used to generate portraits
• Credits are non-refundable once used for a generation
• Unused credits remain in your account until used or the account is closed
• All prices are in EUR and inclusive of applicable VAT
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process them solely for the purpose of generating your portrait. You warrant that you have the right to use any photos you upload and that they do not infringe on third-party rights. You must not upload photos of individuals without their consent, illegal content, or content that violates these Terms.

Upon purchase of a digital download or print, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the generated portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or use generated portraits for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from RenderedArt.

You may not use our service to:

• Upload photos of minors for portrait generation
• Create portraits that are defamatory, obscene, or harassing
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or scrape our platform
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent

All purchases are final and processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for any purchases you make. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to the service until payment is resolved.

We offer refunds on unused credit packs within 14 days of purchase, in line with EU consumer rights law. Digital downloads and printed products that have already been produced are non-refundable, except in the case of defects or errors on our part. All technology, designs, trademarks, and content on renderedart.io (excluding user-uploaded photos) are the property of RenderedArt AB and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

Our service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated portraits will meet your expectations, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, RenderedArt AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before significant changes take effect, either by email or by a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
